Modernizing the Client Onboarding Experience

Overview

TeamCare created a custom microsite for each employer joining the healthcare plan, but the existing experience was outdated, text-heavy, and difficult to maintain. Each new client required significant manual effort, resulting in inconsistent experiences and slow production.

My goal was to redesign the microsite experience into a modern, reusable template that improved readability while creating a scalable foundation for future client implementations.
