Hi, I’m Marti
UX Lead with 11 years leading human-centered design across healthcare, pension, and financial services, now focused on end-to-end service design across digital, physical, and organizational touchpoints. Experienced translating un-digitized, legacy processes, from union pension workflows to in-store pharmacy operations, into unified, cross-channel service experiences through field research, stakeholder alignment, and iterative design. Skilled at building a UX practice from the ground up in organizations with limited design maturity, and partnering with executives, specialists, and end users to turn institutional complexity into usable systems.
My work spans the entire product lifecycle from discovery, research, and UX strategy to design, testing, and launch, helping organizations create scalable, human-centered products in complex, highly regulated environments. I also bridge product and brand, ensuring experiences remain thoughtful and consistent from the first impression to everyday use.
Outside of design, I'm a traveler, filmmaker, and content creator who believes the best ideas come from curiosity, conversation, and experiencing the world firsthand.

I've seen too many teams make decisions based on assumptions or conversations with only a handful of users. Qualitative and quantitative research provide the confidence to prioritize what truly matters

Great UX balances empathy and business.
Great UX isn't about saying yes to everything users ask for. It's about finding thoughtful solutions that create value for users while supporting business objectives, technical constraints, and long-term strategy.
