Creating insight statements to help us frame "How Might We" questions in order to shape and form our subsequent brainstorming.
Ideation - Synthesis process
Identify key themes and patterns we found to translate them into opportunities for design.
Generating as many ideas as possible.
Implementation Phase
Live prototype we used to test with the same users that we interviewed in our reaserch phase.
